How many points do you need to make a reservation?
    • See the table below for an overview of all flights and seat options.
You can take advantage of the BenefitSeatReservation on these flights:
    • Economy and Premium Economy Class flights operated by Lufthansa with a Lufthansa flight number as well as flights operated by Lufthansa City Airlines with a Lufthansa City Airlines flight number, Air Dolomiti flights operated with Air Dolomiti flight number, Austrian Airlines flights operated with an Austrian Airlines flight number, Swiss flights operated with Swiss flight number and Brussels Airlines flights operated with Brussels Airlines flight number - depending on the fare or the booking class selected.
    • Economy Plus seat reservations can be booked on all flights operated by United Airlines or United Express with an United oder Codeshare flight number.
Comments:
    • Your seat can only be booked for a confirmed flight reservation.
    • Waiting list seats cannot be reserved.
Advance booking deadlines:
    • The advance booking deadline for reserving a seat is at least 5 working days (from Monday to Friday) before departure.
    • When making your reservation, please note the PartnerPlusBenefit Service Center opening hours.
The following seat options are available:
    • You can choose between standard seats (aisle, window), seats in the preferred zone and seats with more legroom.
    • Seats with more legroom offer at least ten centimetres of additional legroom.
    • Some seats with more legroom are located in the emergency exit rows to which special conditions apply. For more details on these conditions, please see the PartnerPlusBenefit terms and conditions.
    • On Austrian flights you can also select a privacy seat. Furthermore seats bulkhead (first row) can be selected on Austrian flights.
    • UA Economy Plus seats provide extra space (up to six inches of additional legroom) and added comfort, located near the front of the Economy cabin allowing a swifter exit on arrival.
Rebookings:
    • When rebooking a ticket, please inform the PartnerPlusBenefit Service Center. We will try to reserve an equivalent seat on your new flight for you.
    • If no seats or no equivalent seats are available, the previously redeemed BenefitPoints can only be refunded in certain cases. Please therefore contact the PartnerPlusBenefit Service Center.
