    Note: Codeshare flights cannot be booked with Benefit Points.

    *In the case of domestic flights in Japan and China no Free Flights can be booked.
    Yes, there are some country restrictions depending on the airline:

    Kindly note that customers from Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Greece, Cyprus and Israel are not eligible for Free Flight bookings with Air China

    Customers from Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Israel are not eligible for Free Flight bookings with All Nippon Airways.
    Yes. Standard airport taxes and fees apply. Currently, taxes, fees, and surcharges can only be redeemed by using Benefit Points. If you prefer to pay by credit card, please contact the PartnerPlusBenefit Service Center to book the award flight.

    Kindly note that the payment of taxes against Benefit Points is not possible for companies located in Greece & Cyprus.
    You can book a Free Flight online or through the Service Center:

    • Online: 24/7
    • Service Center: At least three working days before departure (during Service Center working hours).

    For flights operated by partner airlines, please check the relevant airline’s website for further details.
    Yes, you can rebook your Free Flight under the following conditions:

    One rebooking free of charge is allowed up to 24 hours before departure (during Service Center working hours).
    Exception for Eurowings Free Flights: One rebooking free of charge is allowed up to 72 hours before departure (during Service Center working hours).
    Additional rebookings: EUR 50 / CHF 50 / USD 60 (based on your PartnerPlusBenefit registration country) or 15,000 Benefit Points.
    Route or airline changes: To rebook a Benefit Free Flight to a different route or airline than originally booked, a cancellation and new booking is required.
    How to rebook: Please contact your Service Center.
    Yes, you can cancel your Free Flight under the following conditions:

    Cancellations: Possible up to 24 hours before departure (during Service Center working hours).
    Cancellation fee: EUR 50 / CHF 50 / USD 60 (based on your PartnerPlusBenefit registration country) or 15,000 Benefit Points.
    Taxes and fees: Full refund for unused Free Flights.
    How to cancel: Please contact your Service Center.
